Error when entering the one-time password

If you see the error saying that you have entered an incorrect one-time password, there may be two reasons:

  1. You’ve entered the password when it has already changed in the authenticator app (you can see a circle that gradually decreases to the right of the one-time password showing the password expiration). Just enter the new one-time password that appears in the authenticator app.

  2. The date or time on your device (where the authenticator app is installed) is set incorrectly.

Date and time are important because this data is used to generate a one-time password.
